"Charcuterie" refers to processed pork such as sausage, ham, pate, and rillette, and is derived from the words "Chair = meat" and "Cuit = cooked." The craftsman who specialize in this are called "charcutiers." Chef Sakamoto is one of the charcutiers who has a wealth of valuable experience as a Japanese who has studied charcuterie in France. Enjoy the pairing of our seasonal charcuterie with Saison beers and wines.
"Saison Beer" is a beer made in Belgium in the traditional method that farmers prepare during the winter and store for drinking in the summer. By continuing the secondary fermentation in a champagne-type bottle, the result is an impressive beer with a refreshing sparkling and fruity aroma. For drinkers to more fully enjoy its unique character, a large bottle (750ml) is used so that it can be fermented faster than a small bottle. Enjoy the excellent bottle of Saison beer that perfectly matches your meal at BISTRO MIYAMASU.
